How can we build sustainable communities that meet our social and material needs? The desire for urgent social change in the post-war period continues to act as a model. Inspired by the title of a Gibberd architectural drawing, the exhibition used the house and garden as an opportunity to explore my longstanding curiosity about notions of beauty and efficacy.
